I seen the youtube video and did exactly as shown. Right click and leave a pikeman next to vampire. Reclaim pikeman and the game should move my hero next to the vampires. Only in my case this doesn't happen...
The pikeman re-joins but my hero stays standing where he was. It's the same on both versions of this map, I tried with 3.58f and ERA and the result is the same. I did not wogify.
Please help, I'd really like to play this map :(

You can see in the left picture,when meet Sorceress placed on ground from my army,Mouse arrow become a attack mark ,then I can take them again.But in the right picture,Lord of Thunder in contrast can not take again,that means I will lose them.

But Kazan can't go anywhere, she's stuck at the triggering point for Aka's appearance. There's no way to anywhere because all squares are filled around. Besides, with only 4 peasants and 3 pikemen she won;t last long. Maybe I do something wrong then tell me where can I see the walkthrough.

1. 100 Peasants do not need, you can remove it. This map is a new version, I've removed the quest, but i did not forget remove peasants, but this does not affect the game.
2. That battle, you must kill Crusader before and kill the remaining monsters. Maybe you take Hell, Sor, Halfing, Enchanter and Dread :) (can lose a throng Knight)

1. Dracolich did not get killed before turn 3.
2. The number of troops each side do not exceed 21.
I just found 2 bugs. If other errors occur, I would not know why, because I only see 2 bugs.
