Actually the map is pretty entertaining and ive not finished it yet, u can see my current spoiler of the map. Im trying to do it as fast as i can and as helpful as 1 spoiler must be.
My personal opinion about the things is that the map can be done really fast for less than 10 months and to get the main heroes together, u need no more than 4-5 months, maybe even faster ;)

Fight can be won it just requires strategy, I do not like to give away too much and rather players find there own strategy to complete my maps.

There is no limit on time on the map you can play it 4yrs it is all about strategy and tactics, The longer you play it the easier it will be because u can amass more forces but you still need strategies to beat the harder bosses.

The magic arrow deals really big problem cause kills my sharpshooters 11-12 with 1 magic arrow. And i had 172 sharpshooters. The monsters can do my sharpshooters on 2 hits also when i must kill each stack of them for 2 rounds (d.golems and g. golems) for 4 rounds 😉. I did the battle trying only it for 4h but im surprised how hard it was. I rly like ur map for now 😉

Amazing job on that map ! One month of entertainment !
I had to restart one time to take the tower town in time.
I had to stuck Lilith somewhere, keeping her for later :) :) :)
Beastmaster was indeed a pain in the ass and you just have one way to beat him...
You can avoid all the last battles (blue and tan) by not killing one random blue hero, but that's not the funnier way to finish this map :)
First time ever (since 1999) I had to use the shameful hit and run tactic... :( Against the blue and tan heroes with ring of oblivion #$£€&
Tactics / Expert fire magic => Archedevil / force field / mass berserk then run away or finish, restart the process with the same hero or pick another if necessary
Horn of the Abyss artifact was optional but it's always fun and cool to have 150k fangarms just in case

Capturing the tower or the rampart and may be missing some hunters. Its not a huge amount it might be just 7 elfs or 1 dragon or 1 titan or 5 genies. It does help but won't stop you playing the game.

I started over, moving faster and was able to capture the tower in time to get the Cloud Castle built, but I cannot, no matter what I do, get the Rampart within 3 weeks. The tower arrows cut me down. Guess I'll go on without the buildings.

@ For Beastmaster - yes it was a tough fight. The trick was to lure the gorgons outside to destroy the catapult and you teleport sharpshooters inside. After that gorgons are entering inside and you a teleported outside and block the gate with AA. take just AA and SS and protect your ammo cart. Very tricky fight, thanks again ;)

Interesting, I didn't even have to resort to this. All I did is destroyed my own catapult with fireballs. It took, I think, 3 balls to destroy it with the orb of fire. It was the fun part of the fight. Then the boring stuff ensued :)

So either play the same battle dozens of times until you just get lucky enough overall or have Sam do nothing for a few months until you've got enough shooters.

How many of those did you have?
Author: Sagacity, 07-03-2017 21:42 Re: Beastmaster - Supernatural - Supernatural Ditto. It's doable, but really really stupid. I've spent the last 3 months or so doing nothing with Sam except trotting around and collecting troops, so I can beat the Beastmaster in as few turns as possible.
The key is to block the fortress gate with a stack of Archangels and hope the AI casts Blind on them, so the Mighty Gorgons don't attack them if they get a moral turn. Then each turn cast Clone on the blinded Archangels and move the cloned stack inside the fortress walls, so the cows attack the decoy and stay inside even after the walls are breached by the catapult. This way even if they get a moral roll after they've destroyed the cloned stack, the moat will keep them contained on the same turn and you should lure them back inside with a fresh cloned stack on the next round.
The Beastmaster encounter would make much more sense and be far less tedious if there was Force Field available, or at least some guaranteed area damage spell that allows you to destroy your catapult.
