U need to get sheamus logbook and sextant near port mir in the ruins.Thats northwest part of the map with sand.And when u find it you need to visit that pirate quest island in the sea.

The Necro can crush almost every thing ( Resource mines ) by himself with a fast GM Necromancy. The snow helps big time in battle! PS all treasure chests go to developing a Thief's Stealth! Can't lose
