He deserves some credit for adding a map here for sure, but I'm afraid he's not the author.
Some of the uploader replies here and there also give away complete lack of map or map editor knowledge, which is obviously not going to be the case for the map's author.
PS: I see that you keep kicking some H4 butts, seems like you are the most active member in that part of the forum :)

I was lucky: the enemy hero level 40 (victory objective: beat him) invaded my land without any troops. If he had them, I think it would be very difficult for me. I don’t think this Sasha Tishov had made/uploaded all of the maps on Maps4Heroes wearing his name. I even wonder if he has made any of them. Most of them are in Russian language, but the map The Journey of Captain Gunpowder is in English language. Furthermore, this map has some childish mistakes, see my comment on it. The maps Lunch and Chronic Peripeteia are also in English. I downloaded them long time ago, from the ancient website (ended 2003) Astral Wizard, Magellans’s maps of Phil McCrum. Many maps of this website are republished on other websites: Archangel Castel, Portals of Heroes, Heroes Portal and of course Maps4Heroes.

That was exactly the point, that he is not the author. Just some kid who uploads them here having downloaded them from other resources. Which is good when maps are available in 1 place, provided that he doesn't claim credit as if he was an author obviously.
