Author: plotnick (Russia, Saint-Petersburg), 06-04-2021 10:25 Don't like - 2 Friends It's too long to play, to small money, no town portal before you take the scroll on orange land, no fly and so on. Also your main hero can not retreat. Enemies locked on their lands and don't try to disturb you. And the main strategy is to sit on your own land and accumulate troops. I don't know why but orange didn't buy heroes, so when I kill Marius on human land they can't capture any other objects on orange. Also they didn't buy any army in their main town.
Quick solution:
1. Kill Vidomina on barb land and buy her with 1 skeleton on human Harbor castle. Upgate skeleton near the castle to skeleton warrior. Change skeleton to Amulet of Undertaker in Seer's Hut between Harbor and Rosewood.
2. Kill 10 Rust Dragons on barb land. (Dead man's boots).
3. Kill 1 Titan on barb land. (Vampire's Cowl).
Now you have got Cloak of the Undead King. Give this to Vidomina. Enjoy.

This is a very interesting, quest and story heavy map. You also need to "know" some of the descisions you will make (you will need to re-play the map few times and make a lot of savegames).
At the beginning:
ignore all the treasure, go for the mercury, get the elemental from seers hut, beat the efreets and get the blade

Pretty easy, because I playing WOG engine in SOD and expert level. Has not seen the legion and green effect. But the map to teach things that you can learn.

In fact, when you uncover 20% of the map, you're already unstoppable with army, artefacts and magics. And the rest you can play on quick combat ... Sorry, but boring :(
