The map is pretty balanced and AI players start with a lot more resources and immunity from bad events. It's made for multiplayer or singleplayer (or coop).

I started as orange and had no problem. I also like how the main parts of the building were prebuilt, so you could go right into building creatures.

Finished but was never able to find the Town Portal shrine, I explored the whole map so I might have passed by it and missed it. Would love to know where it hides if someone could satisfy my curiosity.
Author: Jeff (United States), 10-10-2024 20:22 Like I liked it! - Viridian Might Having 3 (and only 3!) heroes was a bit odd... but it made certain aspects of the map (enemy hero cleanup) much easier and you really got to focus on your starting heroes.

Author: Leon (Czechia), 24-05-2022 00:09 Like Review - Viridian Might Experienced this with my friend, we edited the map a little bit in order to play for castle + rampart allied, so it is possible we missed few things but in general here it is:
1) One of the best maps we ever played
2) Great additional texts, backstory, jokes etc. You had to put a lot of effort and writing into it.. I salute you man
3) Absolutely magical map design.. islands, mountains, heaven, hell, desert... everything.. so much ideas.
4) Small gamebreaking thing - in Heaven area, there are several gold pieces laying around.. You probably wanted to give 10 000 gold to a player, but custom always multiplies by x100.. You should edit that, because with Rampart treasury you can create infinite gold during your first month of the game.
Honestly absolutely amazing and complex experience through and through. Please, I beg you, make more maps.

Thank you for the very positive review! I worked a long time on this map. This review might convince me to start working again on an old map I gave up on earlier. Either way, it won't be out for a while.

I am glad to see you are still excited! It will still be a long time. I have not seriously worked on it for months due to university and work. I can not give a concrete timeframe but it definitely will not be released in 2022. Maybe end of 2023. We'll see

Author: Robert U. (Austria), 11-08-2021 19:34 Fun to play - Viridian Might Very nice map for coop, the com players just keep walking around the city of Thay most of the time, allowing you to catch the weaker heroes and get their artifacts. Sometimes you have to defend your realm as well.
Final boss is easy if you have fast shooter and force field xD

Thank you for the kind review. I recently updated the map to have a slightly faster start and would like to hear your thoughts. I did decide to keep Force Field spell, it's your choice whether you want to use it :)
P.S. If you want to have a bigger challenge, go into map editor --> Tools --> Map Specifications --> Teams and you can set it to be a 1v7. Quite difficult to win the game normally in that way.
