It's fine not having it to start but it gets boring/tedious if it doesn't exist at ALL on such a big map.
Tp spell is located somewhere you have to find, not every city has it. Finding TP spell is fair for both the computer and the human. Good luck!

I use map editor HotA 1.7, I dont know if it can play with 1.6.1 or not
