Map Editor HOTA 1.7.2. - Portishead - Way Home
Hi, I don't know what the problem is, everything works for me without any problems even after installing HOTA1.7.2.
Check if you have downloaded and then installed the new version. It is not enough to upgrade them, you have to download and install the file. If you can't just open the map in the editor, there was an error after installation, the editor had a different ending. I have saved the correct version of the editor, you can download it and try it (it must be downloaded to the main Heroes directory in my case C:/GOG Games/HoMM Complete/)

I am still loosing the fights. Maybe I am not experienced enough. The troublesome ones are Clancy with 500 Gold Dragons and Beowulf with 800 Cyclops and 250 Behemoths.

As it was written in the help, give Mirlanda about 30% of the army, the rest Corkes. Corkes should get the artifacts to make the Armor of the Damned, find the last piece along the way and give him the Bow of the Sharpshooter. Celestine takes about 30-40 Enchanters and Dragon Fly.

Hi Rishi, you just have to beat them :) They don't have high stats, so your shooters should be able to take them out easily. The important thing is to protect the shooter with tactics before the first move. Don't cast a spell and wait for the opponent's turn, then cast a counterspell. For example, haste - haste. Or Cure when your gunner blocks. Moderate losses are fine and you can keep going.

You can find one in Dragon Utopia, another in the Seers Hut in a place called Jewelry Manufacturing, and the last one in the Event, which is in the "fake" Mansion at the entrance to the Royal Bank.
