the only fly spell iv found was in conflux.
enemy did explore.
the only thing missing was lighthouses,water space is too big and navigation is a must!

It can not withstand 2 Cloaks put onto the map, nor take advantage of them.
A comp player that gets the Horn looks more solid, but only to some limited extent.
I suspect a computer fails to get TP,DD and Fly (because of lack of resources)_and to start exploring the world.
