Centuries ago, The Forgotten Valleys was a peaceful place where people lived in harmony. It has now grown into being a wanted place for adventurers, that can exploit what its nature has to offer.
Author: Fi011 (Belgrade, Serbia), 22-09-2011 15:24 Like Finished this one too :) I finished the game in 72 days, got 446 Archangel score, on impossible of course :). Opponents are too weak, but I think you could enhance the map by giving the AI some starting army, but also put them bigger challenge for getting the purple flag (horde od black dragons would do :) )... So they could advance, but not show up in the center of map in first month and crush you... I like the map where I have chance to build up... Heroes 3 Forever is a great map... Set up on impossible... U should try it, really hard, but achievable...
But I still think The Final Test is a really great map, and very good balanced too, if sometimes little frustrating :))...
Try to make some more maps, I would gladly help you as a tester :D

I like maps with all spells and functions. Opponent is too weak in this game.
Author: Sasha (Serbia), 17-06-2011 20:41 @HoTo After few weeks I had 3 or 4 towns with couple of behemots when I spoted first hero with 1 skeleton. My statistics was 13-14-8-9 and the best PC hero was something like 3-4-2-1 and then I decided to quit the game due to lack of challenge.

I have done some testing and i found out it really depends whether your opponent goes agressive early on, or not. You are kind of in the middle of your enemies, but it is easy if they decide to go against each others. It varies very often...

The Forgotten Valleys walkthrough
- Expand early. If you dont start to build up an empire from the very beginning, the computer will crush you.
Be sure to rule the two Stronghold towns at the middle of the map.
- Try to get the Town Portal and Expert Earth Magic so that you can always be able to protect any town with you main hero.
You will get this spell by a Seer Hut in the deserts, at the bottom of the map.
