Nothing hidden behind the town besides the artifacts and in the tavern there's just basic heroes. I did watch the walkthrough video from youtube until the guy reached Bree to see if I missed something, but for him Aragorn was just in the tavern ready to be bought out. I reached the town at the same date or maybe even one day earlier. Is it bugged or what? Playing the version 4.0.

I got stuck on 2 parts
Gandelf just left Valinor and is in the first ocean section, but i explored all accsesible parts and there is nowhere to go. There is a quest guard whos asking for the ocean neckless but I have no idea where I would get that.
Additionally frodo and bilbo cant be Great goblin all they have is 1 hobbit, and that instantly dies cause great goblin casts magic and kills the hobbit instantly

To make the blind lock possible you need to make sure that you have a troop taking turn after you take your attacks and before enemy dragons would otherwise move. Normally it would mean that the troop you are using to blind the target should have a higher speed that the target. Or alternatively you can unblind (i.e., shoot at them) dragons after waiting with your troops, this way turn order initiative is reversed, and your last troop must be faster than your shooters, but slower than the blind target.

I blind the azure dragons.
I shoot them with Sharpshooters and they instantly come and kill my Sharpshooters.
What am i doing wrong, i am seeing some videos on YT that you can continuously blind creatures and kill them with ranged units.

Holly Moses..., i am trying to understand that, but i am just to stupid.
In my case Smaug has tactics. He has Azures, Crystals and Black dragons.
Smaug arranges his troops.
I cast blind on Azures.
I attack with AA the Crystals.
I attack with Gold Dragons the Crystals.
Crystals attack my ballista.
Black dragons attack my Sharpshooters.
I attack Crystals with Titans.
I attack Crystals with Sharpshooters.
Round2
I blind Black Dragons.
(azures still blinded)
I attack Crystals with AA.
I kill Crystals with Titans.
Defend with remaining units.
Round 3
Both his remaining troops are blinded.(Azure and Black)
I can cast spell and i have AA, Titans, Gold and Sharpshooters.
Now here if where the problem begins and i don't understand what i need to do so after i hit any of his units he doesn't retaliate immediately.

Ideally, I'd protect against Fear. If you have any summon elementals spell it may work. For that you need to haste/prayer your troops and slow enemy enough so that your slowest (in this case it will be elementals) has higher speed than your enemy's azures. In that case, when the turn begins, you shoot with titans, shoot with sharpshooters and then blind during elementals turn.
If you don't have elemental spells, you may try doing the reverse, however without elementals you may be screwed by the fear spell.
For that however you need to make sure that at least your dragons aren't faster than enemy black dragons. You can wait with everyone (W key), then shoot with sharpshooters, shoot with titans and then blind.
Another option is to use the 1st approach with elementals, but don't shoot with sharpshooters and blind on their turn.
There are some more options. For example, you can split off 1s of sharpshooters into free slots, make sure that you resurrect them before going for kills (and that they are faster than your targets). Put them in slots after your big sharpshooter stack, this way they'll be taking their turn after this stack. Blind when they move. Having more than 1 stack gives you certain protection against Fear.
Another option would be available if you don't have expert in air or water and can target haste and/or prayer at sharpshooters. With haste they'll move before titans, and you can blind on titans this way. It would make sense if you sharpshooter stack is much stronger. With prayer you'll also need to put sharpshooters in an earlier slot than titans because they'll have same speed.
I personally would suggest using either elementals or 1s of sharpshooters, however take your pick.

This is written in far too complicated manner. In simple words you just blind him, slow him. They you summon elementals and haste all units. Elementals are not feared and and have 11 speed while Azures have 9. You can shoot them with everything you have and blind on Elemental turn.

Also its better to attack Black Dragons since Crystals always go for ammo cart. You can ressurect some AA later while Azures are the only one left Blinded.

It's not a bug, You OR him having the Orb of Vulnerability is fine. You have to unlock the gates.

Seems that 3.2 map version doesn't work with Hota. At least not with newest one. Had a same problem on hota. Switched to hmm3 complete version and there boots + gloves gives a lot more movement and it is enough to run away from that knight
