The prison is WELL hidden and it is not visible. Its almost the edge of the map, behind the trees. The Eye of the Magi (in front of the starting town) should reveal the location

You should be able to download this file at: http://www.maps4hero es.com/heroes3/in_th e_wake_of_gods.php I hope this works for you. Let me know if it doesn't.
