I got the tome of earth magic book that teaches me all earth magic spells, however, I did not learn Town Portal. I was curious to know if it is available in the game? It can be quite convenient.

Town portal is in the spell list. If you are lucky enough, you can learn it from magic guilds. You can also learn it from Earth magic tome (when equipped). Don't forget, that you must have at least advanced wisdom skill to learn it.

Seekers of Eternity (Allies) walkthrough
Neither you nor your enemies won’t learn water walk, fly, dimension door from the magic guilds, but there are other ways to obtain these spells.
The guardians of the underground (Teal and Pink) are very powerful and most likely they will get Fly and DD earlier than others. Fighting them directly will be a challenge. Unfortunately you must cross their lands (sneak?) to reach the main goal.
Except for the computer players (Teal and Pink) this map is more or less balanced therefore it is suitable for multiplayer or single battles vs AI. You can disable teams if you wish.
