you should have almost no losses in all your fights..from what you wrote it sound like you already had some..
you dont need to fight dark demon immediatelly.. there is a secret path behind one of the windmills. there is a lot to explore behind that

I have already found the cloak, but it seems I should pay more attention to the messages that are put in front of me --> Dracon is mentioned + Recanter's cloak is also + favourable winds lead to the armageddon demoniac = you should go there bro xD

Heroes 3.: The Shadow of Death

When the evil Morgand rose to power at Merillia, the heads of the four schools of magic had to seek refuge in the neighbouring countries. Since then much has happened, and the different magic alignments are now at war with each other. Reunite them and slay Morgand.
