It definitely should be PC only. 2 Cloaks, 55%+ Necro skill leave no single being alive. This is how the original GoT should have ended. The World died conquered by the dead.
You are absolutely right! The truth is that originally I didn't even plan to set the undead as playable characters, I simply forgot to take them out so that they could also be played as humans. Look at this little carelessness of mine, please! And you are indeed right!
