But that is this map’s special charm.

In my opinion Angel Wings are necessary to win the scenario, I can't think of a way to finish this only with berserk (too many creatures on the final heroes).
I first took the Angel Wings (which indeed should be a little bit harder to get), diploed the most interesting creatures and went for the cloak of the undead king to amass some liches :)
I liked that the creatures didn't automatically joined your army when strong enough (even with diplomacy cloak) and diplo therefore didn't mean auto-win.
Really liked this one!

I defeated the rogues with 4 liches (the one lich from start + 3 power liches you gain from defeating the peasants), about 40 skeletons from necromancy and from the skeleton transformer that transformed the peasants in front of it (the peasants always join you).
This should already be enough to defeat the rogues but I also had luck to find 2 magic elementals in the refugee camp :)

I play as Brown, release hero with fly to kill necromancer 's 98 to get fly for Dessa. then I kill Replica to get DD, take Amagadon Blade and win. There's no need to use CoTK or capture all castle s=))

I unlocked the map via fly & cartographer and it settled the freezes, but they returned after a few weeks.

Yes, I got a hero from the prison with fly magic, then every turn will freeze. After I dismissed it, the game became fine.

Is it just me or has someone else also experienced this?
I mean really - trees pop up out of nowhere and start blocking the way.
First I was so shocked I didn't even understand what is happening. Also when digging a hole a stone appears instead or a pine tree.
Is this a bug, or is this made with purpose by hacking the whole game? I'm not even sure if that's even possible, but who knows...
So please let me know. One example attached, but there are many and they keep coming, so a lot of paths get blocked.

Concerning the bug, it is due to the grail of the inferno castle because one of its effects was the appearance of imps on the map each and after 10/11 months the imps transformed into other things like obstacles, resources, monsters (I don't know why but that's how it is) so I removed the grail of the inferno castle (PS: it was the grail of the last castle before you can end the game)
I spotted the bug 2 weeks ago but I also took the opportunity to modify the map and add features and test the pink camp which had a lot of problems so i will soon upload a new version and i hope you will give it a shot because it may be a little bit different

1.About Enemies Boss: They are not powerful enough.They lack suitable treasures.
2.About Angel Wings.To fight with Axsis and Isra, players have to use AW, AW will destroy the complexity of map , you can’t let players get it so easy and early.I think replacing Purple border gate to black in front of AW is more reasonable.
3.Titan at (244,91,0), you should set quantity does not grow.
4.Enemies heroes can be killed when all theirs towns be taken.It can set some quest guards that need kill specific enemies heroes to get special treasure or open the gates.Just like Nagash ,Zydar The unknown,all need not to fight.

I agree with u about aw, we can set some gates like u said instead of using aw to fight with Bosses. and we should remove grail of tower and cartographer to make this map more challenging

My bad, you can still access to this area and the fortress at the center by using a whirlpool but you have to be lvl 20 and have some troops and good spells so you can handle the monsters of this area
Then with the TP, it will be much easier
There is a capitol in this fortress so it's worth the shot and whirlpool may be risky but risks also provides rewards ;)

Feedback - The Second Crusade
No problem! So far it feels like an interesting and very well crafted map, but it feels like not all colors were tested even one time. The potential is there, but with all the errors pointed out by the people so far, we'll probably have to wait for a more polished version to get a real play-through and the opportunity to give better feedback.

Every playable camp can access to a TP with a lvl 4 shrine that you can find after some exploring
on the other hand, fly and DD exist but don't waste your time looking for it in a castle, i made them extremely difficult to get (but not impossible ;)
(PS: there is only 1 angel wing on the entire map)

I am the creator of this map and first of all Thank you for your feedback because it helped me a lot in correcting my map.
Concerning the texture bugs that crashed your games (enemies or imaginary gold) it is a problem that I had already been confronted with and which resulted in particular from the weight of the map.
Thanks to your feedback I have since updated my map to make it compatible with the latest version of HotA 1.7.2, hoping that it will reduce the bugs for the players (I tested the scenario and over 12 months of campaign, it crashed 1 time but nothing serious I went back to autosave and it was back)
And Concerning the enemies and monsters, I improved the number, hostility and mobility of most of them
Now I'm just waiting for the site to reupload the corrected version of my map and I hope that the corrected version will not bug on your side

The option to play teal is probably a mistake.
With such a map, angel wings in a dragon utopia are also unacceptable.

I have the same problem. The same day.
Another error I found is shipyard 180/50, you cannot enter the ship.
