Undead army awoken, you have no other option but to fight it or become part of it.
However, three kingdoms all selfish in their stances, cannot agree to work together, surely are easy target for the army of the undead.
Author: NbSiR (Bulgaria), 03-03-2025 20:09 Why I stopped playing it - What do we say to God of Death Started as orange (tower) and fighting with 5-6 heroes.The reason why stopped playing it is that I discovered the quest guard for brown tent , where I need to be lvl 50 to unlock it..At month 8 I was captured all of the underground catsles ,which are reachable..red and tan are vanquiched, green is with just one castle who is not reachable without fly or dd and the pink Best hero- Nimbus is allready dead...And at that point my main hero Neela is lvl 36 ...So in order to achieve lvl 50 should I let the remaining Ai heroes to get back their castles to gater army, so I can lvl up to 50..? Nah, thank you.. it would take months probably.Map can be good and chalenging for beginners players, but for the old dogs is a waste of time.Oh forgot to say to the God of death : Scream for Mercy ;)

I want to start by saying that I played the previous version and perhaps some gameplay moments were changed by the author. My feedback may contain some minor spoilers, but I think they will help you plan your strategy for completing the map.
For me the map was divided into three stages.
First stage:
At first I didn't understand the author's idea and the map seemed to me like a regular map where you run around, attach neutral troops and easily deal with AI players. In fact, this stage is important from the point of view of further strategy.
It will be necessary to develop several correct main characters. Some neutral monsters can be killed immediately, while others will need to be raised to be used to complete quest tasks in a shorter time. And some of the monsters can be saved for computer players.
Second stage:
This stage began with the release of very strong AI heroes. This whole stage seemed fantastically interesting to me! I didn't say that the Necromancers were just too strong. It was impossible to deal with them right away and you were forced to lose and seize your cities, gradually accumulating strength.
The turning point of the game was getting the town portal. It would be much more interesting if the author showed from the very beginning in which witch's hut you can get TP. Moreover, it is better to show all the tasks that will have to be completed before the task with TP.
For me, this was definitely the most expensive TP in the entire history of playing Heroes.
Third stage:
This phase of the game for me started with getting the vulnerability orb. The combo of the orb and Berserker made the necromancers defenseless regardless of their armies. I would really like to speed up this stage!
I understand the author's idea for this stage - the player must be under pressure in the dungeon, completing multiple tasks to visit tents. But because of the orb, the necromancers are no longer able to function.
In this part I have some suggestions for the author - hide the orb somewhere in the dungeon and make it accessible only to the human player. Yes, and show the player at the very beginning where the orb is.
And it would be cool if the alternative to visiting all the tents to get to the main Necropolis was the ability to spend an orb for fast passage to the final zone.
Of the minor bugs, I discovered several inaccessible areas on the map. Necropolis is not available in the zone 144:165:1. Green AI player jumps in there through the outer TP and can't get out... The gold mines in the very corner of the dungeon in the northwest part of the map are inaccessible.
Overall I really liked the map. I had a lot of interesting time playing it.

You didn't even meet purple and you maybe had a glimpse of grene/tan enemies
You couldn't even get to blue nor orange.
and you for sure didn't have army to beat pink.
But, I do agree, that it's a lot of running around, however, there are bunch of challenges left before you can even attack purple. That would make your army not as good as you think. You just didn't explore anything

Neutral monsters join you in dozens, even if you don't have the diplomacy skill. 99% of battles are completed by autocombat without any losses. You get berserk almost immediately and the AI becomes completely defenseless.
You hid the TP so far away that it is easier to win the map than to get it.
I quit playing after about four months.

but in essence I agree with you that there is too much running around, so, it's hard without logistics, boots and gloves to navigate around it.
Enemies have one big weakness here though, maybe giving them TP spell would solve it. I may do that.

I understand, first name of the map was Forest of Horror, so it was meant to be forest like a maze that you lose yourself in it and explore. Making different biomes would Compartmentalized the map and also tower would have too many penalties for walking.
Tower is already in a bit tougher situation being closer to Pink than other colors and red jumping out of sea very close.
