you should have almost no losses in all your fights..from what you wrote it sound like you already had some..
you dont need to fight dark demon immediatelly.. there is a secret path behind one of the windmills. there is a lot to explore behind that

I have already found the cloak, but it seems I should pay more attention to the messages that are put in front of me --> Dracon is mentioned + Recanter's cloak is also + favourable winds lead to the armageddon demoniac = you should go there bro xD

The Orb of vunerability has been stolen by a pack of thieves, if you can return it to its rightful home town Lasit in the underground you will recive the title to all the lands! Of course your not the only one who wants the prize... worse you dont even know where Lasit is!
