The prison is WELL hidden and it is not visible. Its almost the edge of the map, behind the trees. The Eye of the Magi (in front of the starting town) should reveal the location

Normally you die, if you have no town for a week, but peasants don?t need a town to stay alive...Can a lot (i mean really a lot!) of peasants win a war? You have magic, magicians, kolossusses and trees on your side...
Normalerweise stirbst du, wenn du eine Woche lang keine Stadt hast, aber Bauern brauchen keine Stadt um am Leben zu bleiben. Kann eine Masse Bauern (ich meine wirklich viele Bauern!) einen Krieg gewinnen? Du hast Magie, Magier, Kolosse und Baume auf deiner Seite...
