Four races - roughly evenly balanced at the start - and a relatively open-ended scenario. In the early stages, two sides have an early opportunity at a rapid level up and gain lots of artefacts (but only one can do so), and the other two have some early access to some higher level monsters. The strategic question - how many towns can you hold?
For single players, the game is aimed at intermediate players who want a relatively long strategic scenario. In order to run well, you will need a reasonably up-to-date computer, as it is a large and detailed map.
Author: Karl Drive, 08-11-2024 03:32 Really sparse map - A World Apart 2 As the name indicates, the map is really sparse and gold-scarce. So, if you are looking for map with strong monsters and large battles, this map is not the one. Battles happen rarely and is usually small, your heroes level up slowly and my main hero barely reached level 20 when it's all over.

I am playing single player and the three other AI's do leave there areas and engage in combat with each other and me. I have not finished the map yet and will give my vote when I do.
