13k dragons or other stacks are easily killable if one has certain artifacts and spells.
The map is maybe a bit large but offers enough possibilities of exploration for 8 players, sadly, the AI of HOMM55 still lacks faster reasoning and the duel ai is subpar.

The portals are crap and everything is so hard to kill. There are undreds of level 7 Creatures that kill of your whole army when you try to attack them. Its just to hard and its no Fun. Dont bother if you dont have a year for one homm map

After that, have to face 13k of black dragons defending key points of map, which are unbeatable (and hey grow fast). 9k o them was still fine for my small army. Last stand together with ghost could help, but I don't play Necropolis and don't have last stand skill :((. Could use cheats (add 100k of black dragons for example, but then what is the point of playing the game?). Vampirism will not work either for such big stack of black dragons. Pity, I have spent long hours on that map, now have to stop

Unfortunately, it is unclear what the goal of the map is. Free exploring becomes boring as there are no castles to conquer and the opponents are a little too strong, as are some stacks of neutrals, for example the dragons that block the way to opponents’ castles.

Some explanations - World At War - Enhanced Edition
This map was designed to be played by human players.
Best scenario is a LAN session or a hot-seat situation.
Also it is important to notice that this map will
only work with the modified homm5.5 version
It was designed to especially use higher stack sizes of lvl7
creatures to create parity between human players but only
as a handicap for humans (ai might cheat and use techniques
rarely used by human players)
This map is for advanced players who like a challenge.
It has lots of artifacts, places to discover and a meeting point
in the center of the map to lurk and fight.
