Also, how can i steal the artifact from Alar? It always says i fail, i tried going with only stalkers in my army to be extra "sneaky" but to no avail. Or am i supposed to always fail this objective? more...

I know it probably is just a me problem, but maybe in an update give these quest npc some ring or aura like neutral armies have so they are easier to spot? Try to do this:
Extract the files with campaigns, they must be with .h5c extension.
Find the folder called UserCampaighns in the game location. If there is no such a folder, create it.
Move extracted files in this folder.
Launch the game.

1. About the stats - part of them are saved after the previous map - there are upper and lower limits.
2. About the siege ring - there is the leader to talk. He stands near the raised city, to the right of the human garrison.
3. About Cosko - its a skeleton, located on the island near the sphinx.
